Q: How will I know when to pay my Quarterly Dues?

A: The month that you join is a free month. Your official membership starts the following month. As an example, if you joined in December, the rest of December would be a free month. Your membership would be paid for January, February and March. Your renewal date would be April 1.

Q: Will I receive an invoice in the mail?

A: Yes, we send out invoices approximately 30 days in advance. We also give you a 10 day grace period for your payment to reach our office. If your payment does not arrive by the end of the due month, you will be deleted from the data base. A $20 re-instatement fee will be required to be re-entered into the data base.
